News for youth mental health in Europe

New developments in the European Mindsmooth project, which continues to promote the mental wellbeing of young people through innovative gamification techniques. According to the latest newsletter, more than 100 people participated in the online event that validated the Research Report on Youth Mental Health, attended by prestigious international experts.

The Mindsmooth team has developed an interactive game inspired by Minecraft, where 15 young people per country explore mental health-themed maps and learn to develop coping strategies. The pilot phase of the game is almost complete and initial results show that the participatory dynamic helps to improve youth wellbeing and resilience.

Coming soon, the project will hold local workshops and a grand final event with 50 participants per organisation, making it clear that the future of youth mental health in Europe lies in learning, innovation and collaboration!
