We join HER Voice, a European project for democratic inclusion

Participating in HER Voice represents a privileged opportunity for us to continue contributing to social justice and inclusive democracy. This European project reinforces our commitment to women’s rights and empowerment, especially those whose voices continue to go unheard.

HER Voice is much more than a new project for our organization: it is a mission that seeks to strengthen women’s voices and move towards a more just society. Democracy is only complete when all groups participate and are heard, but many vulnerable women remain excluded from decision-making due to economic and cultural barriers. HER Voice was created to bridge that gap.

Coordinated by Stichting Netwerkpro (Netherlands), the project brings together partners such as ASCAE Impresa Sociale (Italy), Gestión Estratégica e Innovación SL (Spain), Caregivers SRL (Romania), and Ecoinclusive Center for Innovation (Cyprus), combining expertise in community and digital empowerment.

Between November 2025 and October 2027, HER Voice will offer interactive workshops, lessons on democratic participation in six languages for community centers, local civic actions, structured dialogues with policy makers, and a study visit to Brussels. The project will conclude with a European online conference to disseminate results and ensure sustainability.

The impact is clear: at least 150 women will strengthen their democratic competence and confidence, and ten community entities will receive tools to continue their support. The participants are agents of change in more inclusive and representative communities.

HER Voice sends a powerful message: democracy is stronger when all voices are heard. The democratic future depends on the diversity and vitality of those who shape it; this project works to ensure that no voice is left out.
