On July 3, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., we held our event on well-being, values, and motivation at work at the CEOE Aragón (Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations) headquarters in Zaragoza. The conference brought together professionals from different sectors in a participatory and friendly atmosphere, where they shared strategies and experiences to promote mental health and motivation in teams.
The session began with an exercise to connect with personal and professional motivation, allowing attendees to reflect and share concerns about their own values and goals. This was followed by a presentation of best practices from the European projects StayOK and STAYCONNECTED, providing useful resources and concrete examples applicable to different work environments.
One of the most highly valued moments was the talk by Antonio Ara Goñi, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Health Psychologist (UNED) and Industrial Engineer (CPS), who offered an enriching insight into personal and professional development, inviting those present to explore new ways of growth and well-being at work.
The meeting concluded with coffee and a networking session, where participants were able to exchange impressions and establish new professional contacts in a relaxed atmosphere. The organizers would like to emphasize that it was a real pleasure to share this space for learning and dialogue, and we sincerely appreciate the involvement and interest of all those who attended.
We encourage those who wish to learn more about the topics discussed to visit the StayOK and STAYCONNECTED project websites, and we look forward to seeing you again at future initiatives dedicated to well-being and motivation in the workplace.
