In an increasingly digitized administrative landscape, efficient communication between institutions and citizens is more than a necessity; it is a right. Consequently, GEINNOVA, as training experts and industry leaders, is proud to announce the launch of the new specialized program: “Tools for Communication between Citizens and Local Administration.”
This initiative, specifically tailored for the Regional Federation of Municipalities and Provinces of Castilla y León (FRMPCYL), aims to equip public employees with the technological and strategic skills required to optimize information flow and enhance institutional transparency.
Modernizing the Public Sector
The program will feature the participation of 50 public sector employees, who will engage in a rigorous 35-hour educational itinerary. The course is scheduled to begin on September 14, 2026, and will conclude on November 30, 2026, offering a flexible yet high-impact learning experience.
As a company with extensive experience in European projects, GEINNOVA understands that local administrations are the first line of response for citizens. Therefore, we have designed a curriculum that goes beyond technical tools, integrating the strategic vision required by Europe in its frameworks for interoperability and digital public services.
Technology and Methodology at the Service of Learning
To ensure the success of this training, we leverage our role as experts in e-learning platform development. The course will be delivered through a cutting-edge virtual environment, optimized to foster interaction and ensure that knowledge translates into tangible improvements in the daily services provided by town halls across Castilla y León.
Our track record speaks for itself. In addition to our educational efforts, our division of experts in consultancy for European projects ensures that every program meets the highest quality standards and aligns with the public innovation trends shaping the international agenda.
