STAY OK project

KA220-ADU

Rethinking wellbeing at workplaces in EU SMEs

In today’s global work landscape, workplace well-being has evolved from a corporate priority to a social imperative. The pandemic has underscored the importance of this issue, exposing the vulnerabilities of our work routines and highlighting the need for targeted interventions. In this context, the STAY OK project emerges as an innovative response, focusing its efforts on small enterprises operating in the professional and consultancy services sector.

The STAY OK project aims to address this challenge by providing small enterprises in the professional and consultancy services sector with the necessary tools to promote employee well-being and enhance their attractiveness in the labor market. The objective is twofold: on one hand, to increase employee well-being and satisfaction, and on the other, to help curb the phenomenon of the “great resignation,” the increasingly prevalent trend of workers changing jobs or permanently exiting the labor market.

  1. Training and Consultancy: STAY OK will offer personalized training and consultancy sessions to small enterprises in the professional and consultancy services sector, aiming to raise awareness among executives about the importance of workplace well-being and provide them with the tools to implement employee-oriented policies.
  2. Promotion of Flexibility: STAY OK will promote workplace flexibility, encouraging small enterprises to adopt flexible work policies that allow employees to better balance professional and personal life.
  3. Mental Health Support: STAY OK will provide small enterprises with resources and support to address mental health challenges in the workplace, including psychological support programs and initiatives to reduce the stigma associated with mental disorders.
  4. Research and Monitoring: STAY OK will conduct periodic research and monitoring to assess the effectiveness of its initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

The STAY OK project represents a significant step forward in promoting workplace well-being in small enterprises in the professional and consultancy services sector. Through its targeted action and innovative initiatives, STAY OK aims to improve the quality of work life for employees and contribute to creating a healthier and more productive work environment for all involved parties.

Project GREAT

KA220-ADU

EMPOWERED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: ECOLOGICAL LIVING, CULTURAL HERITAGE AND ECONOMY

GREAT is a European project based on the family relationship with grandparents. Grandparents play a fundamental role in family relationships, they are often the ones in charge of looking after their grandchildren when parents cannot take care of them, this is a beneficial relationship for both parties, as grandparents enjoy company, which helps to avoid loneliness, lack of attention or affection.

The pandemic has caused a social distancing that has led to the break-up of this type of relationship. To avoid this, the use of technology has been used, which has made it possible to avoid this distancing.

This project seeks to facilitate the process of ageing in adulthood and help in the development of educational skills in adults as well as encouraging them to develop ways to stimulate their creativity, their lateral thinking and support them in their relationship with their grandchildren. The ultimate goal is to maintain creativity even in times of social distancing or health crisis.

Activities such as reading, writing, painting, watching films among other things can be used to support relationships even remotely, all with the aim of supporting their relationship even remotely, ensuring that they participate in their grandchildren’s education and maintain active ageing

The specific objectives of the GREAT project are:

  1. Educate grandparents to be able to take an active part in their education.
  2. To be able to be part of the family role in small communities, even if there is no family relationship.
  3. To certify the capacity of grandparents to support single parents, families with low economic resources…
  4. Strengthen the educational skills of adults over 65 or grandparents of any age.
