In an environment where SMEs represent the economic heart of Europe, facing constant challenges in recruiting talent and effectively managing their human resources, the RECREW project emerges as an essential solution. This project presents a set of innovative tools that not only addresses current problems, but also prepares companies for the future challenges of the labour market.
On the 2nd of July, CEOE Aragón held an event to show entrepreneurs and SME managers the digital training available to them funded by the European Union. It covered topics such as: Establishing the Recruitment Process, Health and Well-being at Work, Corporate Social Responsibility and Creating the Company DNA.
These resources are especially important in a context where SMEs need to adapt quickly to the demands of the labour market and improve their competitiveness. The RECREW project not only provides practical tools, but also establishes a model of effective collaboration with business associations and other key stakeholders, ensuring that the proposed solutions are relevant and applicable.
The event, organised by the project’s Spanish partner company (GEINNOVA), provided an invaluable opportunity for SMEs and training professionals to learn first-hand about the innovations that this project can offer. These tools and resources are aimed at empowering small businesses, enabling them not only to survive, but to thrive in the competitive European market.
