GEINNOVA celebrates the European recognition of the SHE@CYBER project as “Best Practices”

At GEINNOVA, we are proud to share great news. Our European project SHE@CYBER has been officially recognised as “Best Practices” by the European Commission and the Cyprus National Agency, a distinction that highlights the quality, impact, and relevance of this initiative in the field of cybersecurity.

This recognition follows the project’s final evaluation, in which SHE@CYBER achieved an outstanding score of 90 out of 100, demonstrating not only the successful achievement of its objectives but also its ability to go beyond expectations. This seal of excellence reinforces our commitment to building a safer, more inclusive digital environment.

Co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme, SHE@CYBER aims to reduce the gender gap in cybersecurity by empowering women and underrepresented groups with essential digital and technical skills. Through specialised training, innovative resources, and practical tools, the project has contributed to improving participants’ employability and access to opportunities in a rapidly growing sector.

In addition, the project has actively supported small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by providing practical solutions to address current cybersecurity challenges, helping them strengthen their digital resilience and preparedness.

The results speak for themselves: SHE@CYBER not only met its initial targets but exceeded them, training more professionals than originally planned and significantly expanding its impact. This success has also been recognised at European level, with the project being selected as a finalist in the European Digital Skills Awards 2025.

Throughout its implementation, SHE@CYBER has developed a wide range of training materials, capacity-building programmes, and digital tools designed for both educators and professionals, always with a practical and market-oriented approach.

At GEINNOVA, we believe that when projects are driven by passion and purpose, meaningful impact and recognition naturally follow. Being acknowledged as “Best Practices” motivates us to continue promoting innovation, inclusion, and positive change in every step we take.

We remain committed to building a digital world where talent knows no barriers and everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Geinnova will promote training in human resources management for local governments in Castilla-La Mancha

At Geinnova, we continue advancing our mission to strengthen the capabilities of the public sector. On this occasion, we are joining the continuous training plan of the Federación de Municipios y Provincias de Castilla-La Mancha, where we will deliver a training course focused on improving people management and work organization within local administrations.

This collaboration represents another step in our commitment to developing public sector talent, especially in rural contexts and small municipalities, where teams are often small and multifunctional, and where effective management makes a significant difference in the quality of services provided to citizens.

A key training for strengthening local administrations

The training course, titled “People Management and Work Organization for an Effective Local Administration”, will be delivered online from May 11 to May 29, 2026. It will have a duration of 30 hours and is expected to involve 100 professionals from local administrations across Castilla-La Mancha.

Our objective is clear: to support municipal teams in developing practical skills that enable them to manage people more effectively, optimize their daily work, and deliver more efficient and citizen-oriented public services.

A practical approach tailored to local realities

At Geinnova, we have designed this programme with a highly practical orientation, focused on the real needs of municipalities. Through this training, we aim to help participants:

  • Effectively manage small and diverse teams
  • Improve time management and work processes
  • Motivate and engage people in resource-constrained environments
  • Foster an organizational culture based on responsibility, collaboration, and public service

Content designed to create real impact

The course is structured into five modules that comprehensively address the main challenges of local public management:

  • People management in local administration, with a focus on small municipalities
  • Self-leadership and personal development, as the foundation for effective management
  • Professional relationships and communication, including tools for conflict resolution
  • Team management, focusing on coordination, motivation, and workplace climate
  • Work organization, addressing planning, efficiency, and innovation

Our commitment: improving public services through people

At Geinnova, we firmly believe that an effective local administration starts with the people who make it possible. That is why we are committed to delivering training that not only provides knowledge but also drives real change in how public professionals work, collaborate, and lead.

The registration period will remain open until April 30, 2026. We are confident that this training initiative will contribute to building more prepared, human-centered, and innovative local administrations.
