The online training actions are carried out through an online self-training tool, which is based on two legs:
We want to offer an innovative and high impact training plan, to update knowledge and skills in terms of managerial functions and competencies, self-leadership, effectiveness improvement, leadership and team management.
We focus on the usefulness of training to change behaviors and improve people’s performance in the short, medium and long term.
We seek an impact and a real transfer of the acquired knowledge to the workplace. We innovate in classroom training through the process of acting, reflecting and establishing indicators to verify the progress of the training plan, validate its understanding and remember, the basis of our methodology is the dynamic approach.
